For the next few weeks, Chloe will be doing the show on her own as I will be taking a break. There are a few things I need to catch up on. (Beauty sleep for instance   ) |

I'm pleased to hear that the Music Radio News advert (featured in 'Chloe & Chirps #6) has been updated at last Gary.

Actually radio1395, you are correct, I am just an amateur, having not worked on the radio before, but Chloé has done a few shows on Big L, which makes her a professional. Maybe we could rename our show. "Am & Pro". |

BTW. Just a reminder that Chloé goes solo on KBC this Saturday night. For those of you unable to listen on short-wave the show will be available to 'listen again' if you back-track to the first post. |

BTW. I hope Cookie's listening to Roger tonight, he's kicked off with a couple of Beach Boys tracks. Unfortunately the show isn't on the server so I can't upload it yet.  |

well -before we get into a discussion if a beauty-sleep will be ever helpful for Chirpy - lets just state: even if he would sleep all his life thru he will never get as beautiful as Chloé is...
But on the other hand his shows are nice and well done with a lot of good music - and - thats all what we want from him. Who cares about his beauty tho'
Well, and Chloé adds a portion of s**appeal to it - so what can us blokes want more...

What I want to know is who presses the buttons Chloe or Chirpy?
My monies on Chirpy taking control.
And yes Chirpy you might be a smooth talker but Chloe's the good looking one!!!

But it would be nice if you could add a webcam when recording the C&C show - not really only because of you Chirpy, to be honest... (what I always try to be)

You obviously know nothing about ironing David, you don't press the buttons, you press the material.
Seriously though, it's much less hassle if whoever introduces the song looks after the controls too. I suppose we could get Chris to be 'Programme Controller' but he just sits there reading his newspaper. We can't even get a cup of tea out of him. (No jokes about turning him upside down please. )
Oh and "Thank you" for your comments Alec, looks aren't important on the radio.
BTW. I'm uploading Roger's show now for those who would like to listen. It'll be available here in about 10 minutes. |

Unfortunately, I was on the phone (darned uncomfortable, I must get some chairs to sit on instead ) and missed it. Will download later. I heard Chloe play the Beach Boys though and some other very fine music too. Very good reception here, about as good as it gets.
Re. Alec and RadioNorthSea: Why d'you think he's on the radio and not the TV? Sorry Chrips, couldn't resist
